Inspired by the Greek word eremos, meaning wilderness and solitude, Eremos was created around a simple belief: there is something powerful about stepping away from the noise, getting outside, seeing the beauty of creation, and being fully present in the life happening around you.

Itinerary packages are paid at the start of service. Full-Service trips begin with a $250 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total cost. Remaining balances can be split into two installments. Credit card accepted.

Absolutely. We design trips across a wide range of budgets — from budget-conscious backpacking to full luxury. During our initial consultation, we'll talk about your budget and build around it. We want travel to be attainable, and we're honest about what's realistic for any given destination and price range.

We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months before your planned departure for Full-Service trips, as booking accommodations and experiences early gets you the best options and pricing. For itinerary packages, 4–6 weeks is usually plenty. That said, we've pulled together trips on shorter timelines — just know that a last-minute fee of $100 may apply for itineraries requested within 45 days of travel.

For our Guided and Custom Itinerary packages, yes — you handle all bookings, including flights. We'll provide recommendations and links. For Full-Service trips, we can handle flight bookings as part of the package, or you can book them yourself if you prefer — we'll coordinate around your schedule either way.

Yes. We ask about dietary needs, allergies, mobility considerations, and any other accommodations during our planning conversations. We'll do everything in our power to make your trip comfortable and accessible. Some things depend on the destination, but we're always upfront about what's possible and we'll work with you to find the right fit.

For itinerary packages (Guided, Custom), the service fee is non-refundable once work has begun, since the research and planning start immediately. For Full-Service trips, the $250 deposit is non-refundable. Beyond that, cancellation terms depend on what's been booked — accommodations and experiences often have their own policies. We'll be transparent about these terms before you commit to anything.

For Guided and Custom Itinerary packages, the flat fee is due at the start of service. Credit card is accepted. For Full-Service trips, you start with a $250 deposit. Once we present your itinerary and quote, the remaining balance can be paid in up to two installments before your departure date. We keep it flexible and straightforward.

We design solo itineraries with connection in mind: welcoming accommodations, experiences that naturally bring people together, and recommendations for where you'll feel safe and at home.

Why we do this.

We started Eremos because we noticed something: the more connected people became online, the more disconnected they felt from the world around them.

The name Eremos comes from the Greek word for wilderness and solitude. It's the root of the word "hermit" — but for us, it doesn't mean being alone. It means being away. Away from the noise, the notifications, the endless scroll. It means stepping into the kind of quiet where you can actually hear yourself think, and into the kind of beauty that reminds you why you're alive.

We believe travel is one of the most powerful ways to reconnect — with the world, with the people you love, and with yourself. But not all travel does that. A crowded resort with your phone in hand isn't the same as watching a sunset from a mountain ridge with someone you just met who became a lifelong friend.
